State Exam

The admission to the B.Tech programmes in various engineering college of Madhya Pradesh is based on the JEE Main exam. The admissions in engineering colleges of Madhya Pradesh state is done through JEE main exam. The JEE Main 2016 application form will arrive on first week of November 2015 and the exam will be held in the month of April tentatively.

B.Tech Admission 2016

Candidates wishing to take admission for the first year engineering courses in top engineering colleges of Madhya Pradesh must score well in JEE Main 2016 examination. The B.Tech Admission 2016 is done on the basis of rank scored by the candidates. Eligibility criteria for this exam are as follows:

• For admission in B.Tech first year candidates have to meet the JEE Main 2016 Eligibility Criteria to appear for the exam.
• For Madhya Pradesh B.Tech 2016 counseling, candidates must have passed 10+2 from the Madhya Pradesh Secondary Board or any equivalent exam from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% of marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
• They must have studied Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects with Computer Science/Biology/Chemistry /Biotechnology/ as the elective subjects in their SSE.
• Candidates must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh and must meet the MP domicile requirements.
