Shadan Womens College  of Engineering & Technology has the distiction of being the first  Engineering college in the state established in the year 2002 exclusively for women with the approval of Government of Andhra Pradesh, AICTE and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.  The college stands as a beacon of knowledge for the future women leaders of the nation. It is managed by Shadan Educational Society under the chairmanship of renowed educationist Dr. Mohd. Vizarath Rasool Khan.
It is situated at the heart of the city at Khairatabad and is well connected by RTC busses and local trains to most of the parts of city. The College offers Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses.
