Mr. B.S. Appa Rao is an eminent educationalist who has been actively involved in promoting professional colleges such as Engineering, Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences. His close association with educational institutes spans over three decades. He dreams of alleviating the status of the educational institutions of SRK Foundation making them Centers of Excellence on par with IITs and NITs. He desires of establishing Research and Development wing for inculcating scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of equity and reform among the student community. His objective is to produce world class engineers endowed with human values to serve the society and to bridge the gap between industry and the educational institutions.
