The Yamuna Group of Institutions (YGI) has been established by Ch. Lekh Raj Educational & Charitable Trust presently with three institutions namely (i) Yamuna Institute of Engineering & Technology (YIET), Yamuna Polytechnic for Engineering (YPE) and Yamuna Institute of Dental Sciences & research (YIDSR) in a quiet, peaceful and pollution free village Gadholi, with the objective to impart high quality professional education. Gadholi is situated on State Highway connecting an Jagadhri with Chandigarh at a distance of about 15 Km from Jagadhri/Yamuna Nagar, a twin industrial city and district town in Hary
Yamuna Institute of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to Kurukshetra University and approved by AICTE. Institute offers Bachelor of Technology and Master of Business Administration courses.

YGI Chairman Message:-

It gives me great pleasure to note that under the able guidance of Dr. S.R. Mediratta, Director General, Dr. Sarvjeet Kaur, Director, Dr. T.P. Singh, Principal (YIDSR), Dr. Rajeev Khanduja, Principal (YIET) and Er. Nirmaljeet Singh, Principal (YPE), Yamuna Group of Institutions is becoming a preferred choice for students to take admission in MBA, M. Tech., B. Tech., Diploma and BDS courses. The top executives of YGI are well-known in their respective fields of specialization.
Presently the Yamuna Group is running 6 branches of engg. for B. Tech. course, 5 branches of engg. for diploma courses, one M. Tech. course, one MBA course and one BBA course. All the courses are approved by AICTE and are affiliated to Kurukshetra University / State Board of Technical Education.
To make the teaching learning process more comfortable, we have provided air-conditioning facility in all our class rooms, tutorial rooms, laboratories and conference room. Liberal use of modern teaching aids like over-head projectors and LCD projectors has been planned for better grasp of the subjects by the students.
In order to encourage and inspire our students, we have instituted a scheme for awarding scholarships to the meritorious students and freeships to the most needy and deserving students.
